Wonderful customer services... when I got there - I didnt know the title of the book I was looking for or what it even looked like. I only knew of its content with the help of employees there we managed to find it... thank you again Adams team

Stock different categories of books. A place to go to for your studying needs.

They offer most of the books you are looking for, and if they dont have they assist with locating how to get the book(to me this was great, it has happened twice). This means their assistants are helpful and friendly either looking for a book or at the till point. I appreciate their services a lot.

Stuff is always ready to assist if you cant find a book they order for you and notify you as soon as its at the store. You can even pay and collect once your order is at the store.

The staff are trying their best to help at the till.but no one on the floor i think they would have saved so much time if u were helped while at the floor then when u are already at the till point.Too much time wasted.They should employ more temporary staff during the school opening season.Amen!!

Very poor customer service, layout of study guides section is chaotic. Nobody offers to help. I actually experienced staff walking away from customers. Staff at the counter help people who come after you. There should be a proper system for helping customers. Also dont say you have the book and when we come there we find the opposite is true. Interns are clueless. Get experienced workers to help on the floor and answer the phones. So many staff, hardly any decent assistance. Thats my experience .

You get every book you can thinknof in this place. This is the perfect place if you are looking for a gift or a novel. Stationary can also be bought here and there are child friendly materials for those who are willing to buy child friendly things for their young ones. The place is very neat and the staff is very helpful to help one get whatever he or she is looking for.

The most obvious tell is how long this place has been there. Been going there for more then 20 years now. Excellent collection of books spread on two stories of a building that never #eems stuffy. And what you cant find there they can just make a call and tell you when to pick it up

They have what we call Ubuntu..their staff theyre so kind and professional..I desperately wanted a Medical book of which they didnt have but they made sure I get within 3 days.Thank you so much guys God bless you.

I love reading, very much and my friend and I decided to come here after our classes because we saw it on Google Maps, to my utter irritation and disgust, we had employees following us for whatever reason they wouldve deemed fit to find their actions justifiable. This is 8 months later and Im still indignant over my experience.

I was looking at the laptop bags N a lady came to me N told me her brother works there N I can pick any bag I want then he will give it me half the price. Im guessing he would have to steal it N sell it to me. I dont knw. I then forgot the bag N continued to buy the science book for my child.
