I got my nose pierced for the first time. Im terrified of needles but a very impulsive person, the man was so friendly. Explained what hes going to be doing and helped calm me down. It was super quick and very exciting. Highly recommend

I went there to get my ears pierced, i wanted a needle piercing and the guy there wanted to use the gun. It was unprofessional because he was visibly frustrated and proceeded to pressure me into using the gun. I ended up leaving and not getting my piercing

Best service pricey but safe supper clean

I got my very first tatt here today. Vusi was my artist. The quality and detail of the service is amazing - I love the tattoo. One concern is the over-friendliness between him and the lady he works with. There were times he would stop working on my design or mid-tattoo to talk and joke w her and for those whove experienced the pain of a tatt, its not something you want drawn out unnecessarily. Otherwise, clean studio. Artists know their work and are amicable and forthcoming w professional advice. Id definitely recommend and come back for my next one.

Josie was kind, patient and helpful and I appreciated all the advice so much that I went back a month later with my six year old daughter for her first piercings. Outstanding!!!

Came in on the 31 of October 2020 to do a tattoo and piercing... Lady doing the piercing did and an amazing job... The guy his name was Vusi... Doesnt know what his doing.. He changed my design... Tattoo looks like it was done by a grade 1 pupil.. Over charged me for nonsense he did... Pavillion branch...

We went for a nose piercing. The lady in front of us fainted during the piercing and the staff did not know how handle the situation at all. They were very unprofessional. When it came to the piercing the sterile needle was dipped in zambak which is not considered sterile and for the piercing itself it took them 3 attempts to get the needle through. It was an overall awful experience and I can not recommend this place for piercings.

After dying with migraines for years, I pluck up the courage to try the daith piercing. A big baby with needles but better than being man down days on end. The lady who assisted me Joe I think her name was, was amazing, she called me with soothing music, explained thoroughly what she was going to do, and was so calm and professional.Highly recommend her to anyone fearful of needles and needs to get a piercing.

Ive had my industrial piercing at the Pavilion shop and the treatment I received there was truly the one I will never forget. The lady that assisted me (I didnt get her name unfortunately) made me feel so comfortable and even played me house music just to ease my nerves was so friendly and made me feel so important.I should also mention that Tristan was very helpful in assisting me almost immediately when I had a query about my healing process.Monster ink has definitely gained a life long client in me and I will make sure to recommend you to anyone.Thank you so much and keep up the excellent work.
