Their service is excellent ...They are so professional .Book on time be early , you can bring your own snacks , platter and drinks dint forget your speaker box especially if you will be sitting on the roof top side...

Good place to enjoy your weekend with a reasonable price, but the time go fast maybe can extend the time n some snacks during the cruise

I love Madevu charters. Tammy, the owner, will go out of her way to make your charter perfect. I also hired the vessel for my 40th birthday and all my friends are still talking about it almost three years later. Would give 10 starts if I could.

This is one of the best experiences in Durban! Captain Tammy ensured that we were well looked after and I would highly recommend everyone go with Madevu charters!

Thank you captain Tammy for the memorable ride and allowing us to play our music. It was a super experience. Only downfall was our big group of 12 not been allowed to pay, 1 by 1, by card. We had to team up to pay by card.

I took my family of 6 for a 1 hour cruise on the JamJar boat. It was absolutely amazing! The skipper was very friendly, knowledgeable and above all he was enthusiastic. We learned so much about the harbour and saw things we never thought we would see. It was an extremely safe cruise, with a lot of caution taken to prevent us from harm from sudden waves. We really enjoyed it and will be back again.

Very disappointing. I booked my sons 8th birthday party and was told that I could book for 13 children. My son and I visited the boat and was shown around by the skipper herself. I paid in full for 13 children and 5 adults and was called later that day and told that my booking was cancelled as they could not accommodate for 13 children and that they had to give me a refund. I swiped my debit card and they refused to give me a refund in cash and i had to wait the entire week end for the refund to reflect back in my debit card. Very bad service. So much for the best yacht I wouldnt refer them to anyone.
