Avoid SANBS Musgrave - staff rude and dismissive. I get that you might be having a bad day at work but dont take it on your volunteers.

Nice central location, came in waited a bit and donated blood. it is a bit tight once you want to drive home as the street is a busy one especially if you wish to turn left which means crossing one-way 4 lanes. the line isnt too long. the furniture could have been up graded since I was last there. the people are nice.

I was welcomed by extremely helpful and friendly staff. The male nurse who was very informative and thorough veryfing my details and conducting the necessary check ups. The Phlebotomists one Devina Naidoo made my 1st experience very comforting and guided through every step of the way. Continuously checked up on me to ensure I was fine. I definitely recommend the branch and staff for their outstanding service and care shown to donors. Keep it up. Need more champions like you guys.
