My partner and I decided it was time for a new bed and visited many stores trying to find the perfect fit. The Bed King went the extra mile in giving us everything we wanted at an exceptional price. They even managed the delivery and removal of our current base set even though we are all the way in Johannesburg after moving away from Durban.

Worst customer service -do not attempt to buy from these scaly dealers. Refuse to give R2000 refund during a third wave of covid 19 pandemic.Heartless Charmaine and Lunga desperate for any sales no matter the consequences to a persons financial and employment status. Mr G Anderson is no longer working so how will a voucher assist his means of living? And your lazy salespeople could not even pick up the phone once regarding laybye payment cos you only rely on walk in sales thats why you want to hold refunds

Bought base with storage drawers. The base is reinforced with used cardboard boxes, staples and cut marks of the fabric upholstery are visible, painting of the drawers is uneven. Called in to advise on quality of workmanship and shared pictures and have had zero response. Very poor after sales service and no accountability.

Bought a new mattress in 30 mins; knowledgeable and helpful salesperson, reasonable prices.

Buying a bed can be a daunting experience to say the least. Its a long term commitment and rightly so. We spend 1/3 of our lives sleeping and if we neglect our bed and mattress we can get a whole host of issues arising from that. Luckily i chose to use the services of the great team at The Bed King. First off their prices on too quality beds cant be beaten and i tried! Even online the bed i chose was more expensive. I chose a king EL clound nine Chateau with latex layers. As explaind to me by the experienced sales team it will take a week or so to adjust to this firmer bed as i previously had a pocket sping Henwood dream catcher. (Also great bed) iv been a customer of The Bed King for many years because they ask the right questions to make sure you get the right bed for you. You may think you like a soft bed but after a few months you start feeling pain in the morning as i did with my pocket spring due to a back injury i had 7 years back. This bed i baught has now settled in beautifully and my morning pain is practically gone. I really cannot recomended this team enough. It should be your first and last choice when it comes to mattress and bases. Even sleeper couches that are better than any iv seen before. As with all my reviews i tend to write a long review of a place i put in my top 10 best products and services. This place is in my top 5! Great work guys you have a customer for life from me and my family. And anyone that askes for my recommendation. 5*

I had the opportunity of feeling the comfort of some of the best beds and such wonderful and professional service yoh...Highly recommended if you in the market for a bed or base set.
