I am really disappointed with the service I received from Ossie. I bought a King bed and within a year and a half the mattress bulged on the side,when I put it up against the wall its wobbly cant stand firm.I told him about it and he said I must bring it in so it can be fixed. He called the guy he works with to pick up the mattress and he fixed it but the problem started when he refused to pay for transportation and say I must pay .Tell me if Im wrong ,whose mistake it is that the mattress was not properly made?Why do I have to carry the burden for transportation when he as the manufacturer didnt do justice in his work. Ive dealt with furniture shops before and I have never had to pay for transportation for something that had defects.I believe I was treated unfairly.
