What a nice place to stay. I had to leave early and they prepared an on the go breakfast for me the previous evening. Will definitely recommend this accommodation

Very quiet for a person that loves peaceful environment like me.. Neat. Definitely my home away from home when Im in Durban.

First of all they made me pay for a soak off that I didn’t receive, the owner of the place even tried to deceive me by saying having my acrylic nails filed was soak off😂. Gave us such a runaround when we wanted a refund.They have my partner paraffin wax thingy that he didn’t ask for (we assumed it was part of the package because we didn’t even know what it was), then they later charged us for it😂😂.Owner of the place does not know customer service. Very rude on the phone. I would not recommend the place to anyone.

Really affordable pedis ans manis. And really friendly staff. Just around the corner from everything you need too! Parking can be a bit of an issue though

Luxury is NOT a word I would use to describe this guesthouse. Checked out early the very next day and it was the best decision we made.1. Upon pulling back the duvet, there was an array of dead bugs. Something that apparently fell out the aircon that is right above the bed.2. We are in the middle of a pandemic (covid-19 to be specific) but the cleaning staff entered my room whilst I was in it, with NO MASK and had to be reminded to put one on.3. When moved to a new room I was once again greeted with stained sheets. Upon asking for new sheets I was faced with a hostile attitude from the receptionist. Apparently all the sheets are stained.4. There are current lockdown restrictions, one being a curfew. However the guests are left to their own devices , resulting in some coming in after curfew and waking us up.Overall we felt unwelcome and they are not accommodating at all. Cleanliness is clearly not a priority here. And when it comes to refunds the person in charge is extremely rude. 0/10 and as a frequent traveler, I can confidently say that this place is not worth it. Very disappointed, will come back here again and do not recommend to others.

We checked out as quickly as possible in the morning as it was clear we were not welcome. Very misleading information online about the accommodation as we only found out it is halal while checking out. The staff at the hotel was very hostile to us and made our stay uncomfortable.

I wouldn’t recommend this hotel for anyone, they’re crooks. Poor service and they can’t deliver. They said they’ll return my money but it been a month, they keep excuses coming

Great place. Spa treatment was affordable and excellent value for money with everything you expect. Setting is very cosy. Havent seen the guest house rooms but hear they are good.

I went with my husband for a couples massage at the Spa and it was just amazing! From little details like a welcome card and a welcome drink to the excellent massage we had it was just perfect. Would highly recommend

Our stay was great!McAllisters definitely delivers a luxurious stay - clean rooms, crisp linens, impeccable service, conviently located, beautiful decorations, relaxing outside areas and it is safe! The staff are friendly and attend to your every need. McAllisters is at the top of my list to stay when travelling to Durban.

Clean!!!! Crisp, clean sheets. Clean bathroom. Comfortable bed. Cool air-conditioned room. Wonderful staff! Great Breakfasts and within an easy, safe walk of all the wonderful places to wine and dine along Florida road. Not noisy, thankfully! The owners are aware of hygiene as the pool too was at a perfect chlorinated level. I enjoyed my stay and highly recommend this 4 star guesthouse!

Staff are warm and friendly. Excellent service. Delicious breakfast and always willing to accommodate. Very comfortable stay. Easy walk to all attractions on Florida and the beach.

Room was tidy & neat but small and has no desk to work at. Extractor in bathroom not working despite reporting on first day. Its OK for the price. Location is great...just off Florida Road close to many good restaurants etc.

Everything here is perfect. Friendly people. Good breakfast. THE place to stay in the centre of Durban. A lot of cafes and restaurants just around the corner.

This place is Gorgeous.its Squicky clean! Stylish, The service is Amazing! & its location has some really great restaurants. Id recommend this place even for the fussy traveller like myself.

The location was good. But breakfast options were l Iimited. The quality and quantity of food served was less compared to price paid.Ac was not working.Staff was not supportive.WiFi was very slow.There was no 24/7 support staffTV was very old model so cannot attach USB.None my issues were attended

We had a lovely stay. The rooms are tastefully decorated and comfortable. Well situated.

Great bed, not so much the breakfast, unless you like polony and baked beans. The toilet seat in my room was totally loose aswell and the bath towels was not replaced often enough.
