Absolutely disappointing service tried doing the online ordering system and it was not allowing me there fore called in and was told I would be charged extra, when it was they system that is faulty.

This review absolutely saddens me.. I have received such PATHETHIC SERVICES for the past 3 years... The Phoenix reps attitude leaves me stunned! RecentIy ive sent forth 2 emails & im hoping that THIS ISSUE gets resolved... Like my fellow sister friends in the hair & beauty industry keep saying to me, try out... I think that IF my issues isnt resolved speedily & if that rep isnt reprimanded accordingly... I AM most definitely going to follow in my friends footsteps & deal with the other respectful & reputable hair & beauty supplier. This really upsets me because ive purchased thousands of rands worth of items over the past 3 years from this place & i have even referred people to them, who eventually stopped supporting Demar because of the same issues...
