I love the therapist who always treats my daughter and I. Very professional and thorough and so warm and friendly. She knows exactly what your skin needs. Nombuso, you are the best!!! All the staff are friendly and knowledgeable and it is a pleasure to frequent there.

I visited Sorbet Windermere and had one of the best 30 minute massages ever! Sne was an absolute dream and gave me a 5 star treatment.The store was clean and neat and the lady at the front desk was so friendly.I walked out feeling completely pain and tension free. I will certainly be visiting this branch again.

The place is neat, hygiene is high priority. The technician struggled a bit but rectified immediately my concerns, not sure if she was new. Staff is friendly but if front office could be more welcoming in their approach, that would give them 5 stars

The most painful experience of my life!!I went in for an acrylic nails soak off and the lady hurt me badly. I came out with a finger that wouldnt stop bleeding and another seriously bruised.Will not be going back there.

I got a pedicure done by a lady named Sam. She was amazing! She was friendly, kind, gentle, genuine and super easy going. Good service is so rare but so impactful. I will be back for other treatments because of her. She gets a 5 star.

Ive visited sorbet several times for gellish nails and have never been disappointed with the service. Its one of those places thats consistent. You know what youll get before you walk through the door. Its not as private as Oasis, but the parking is great and I can usually get a booking if I phone in advance.

Cebi is a go to girl! She does wonders to my face. My 13yr old daughter had her skin analyzed here for the very first time. Cebi is so friendly! And of course the other ladies as well 😊

Did a 2week an a 3 week fill an it was done an then broke an then I Called them they fixed it after a 1day after the fill an now one week later all are starting to break.

I was looked after by a therapist named Cebi, and she was lovely, i received professional service and based on my overall experience, i would recommend Cebi as a gelish nail technician at Sorbet Windermere.

Good beautician very good and disinfected all nail utensils

Took 2 hours for a pedicure...staff could not do simple french paint...20mins rushed work on foot and nails and the rest of time waiting and trying to paint french!! Not the best experience.
