Very disappointed with the service and professionalism (or lack there of) that I received today at Sorbet La Lucia. My therapist, Varushka, did not follow all covid protocols during the treatment; I had to ask another therapist to call her back while she left me sitting there for more than 15 minutes during my treatment and then proceeded to rush the rest of my treatment, providing a very poor service.Also disappointing that the receptionist did not ask if I was happy with the treatment or service when she could clearly see that I was not.Very sad.

The ladies at reception were very helpful

It was 3.45 pm and they said they were closing soon and could not help me and they said they did not have enough staff for a15min facial very sad

Worst nail salon i have ever been too!!!Went in on Thursday the nail tech Michelle clipped all my nails to different lengths and cut my nail cuticles and after me asking her to be more careful she continued making my cuticles bleed.After making her aware that my nails were all different lengths her responses you wont notice it after the gel is on. In an arrogant tone.I will never return to this store, neither would i personally recommend it.

I got my nails done here. And I am not happy with how it came out, because my nails are different lengths and they are bumpy and not painted fully. Very disappointed.

Awful experience where 3 pedicure bookings were not accurately booked and resulted in no treatments being done. A wasted afternoon that added a dampener to what should have been a special occasion for my mom.

I specifically went to Sorbet to get my birthday discount. The ladies knew it was my birthday hence me having my nails done. R600 was a lot to pay for overlays and 3 acrylic nails. Boksburg Sorbet is the best. Nothing can beat it. Sadly none of the Sorbet branches in Durban North Coast can come anywhere close.
