A friendly and professional team of therapists. Service rendered is of high quality. The only problem is limited space and can become quite cramped when full.

And thats what happens to you when you go to humans who arent quite experienced to wax you. All I wanted was to thread but since they couldnt ( because no one there knew how to) I settled with waxing and Lord knows I regret it. Perfect 10 Watercrest is a complete disappointment.

They do not have a variety of acrylic colors. They tell you paint gel over for R180 more. Manger argues when staff asks for new equipment and they just have to make do while doing your nails. Their work is mediocre for the prices they charge.

Zero stars arent an option. Made a booking for 13:30 only to told it was never made. Next available booking is 2hours later. Worst service. ZERO attempt made to rectify the problem. Instead is a lazy front desk person texting away with her give a damn attitude.
