I booked an appointment and canceled after waiting to be serviced for 30 minutes- others were being serviced while I waited and after I canceled- IN MY TIME.Maybe the day was just busy, regardless, this is unprofessional. Such and expected delays should be communicated with regarding persons to reschedule their appointment or inform them of delays.

Clean and neat. Well-kept modern salon. Treatments are affordable. Therapists are professional. Definitely recommend!
