A decent hair salon situated on a busy main road. Its a unisex salon but is mostly geared towards catering to female clients. Service is okay, parking can pose a problem.

Okay firstly Id like to state on record that I was not really there. I merely walked past and got bombarded by this wildass notification making reckless allegations about how did you enjoy getting your nails done today... But the place looks nice I guess.

My experiences havent been the best. The staff can be unprofessional and noisy. I did artificial dreads but they were so tight my hairline receded. The quality of nails depends on the technician really so if you find someone good stick to them. Prepare to wait, I once waited 6 hours to do my nails. If you cant spend the whole day at the salon like me make sure you get there between 8- 10 am.

The place itself is well run, however after wash my back wet and I had to instruct the lady that was doing my hair, how to do her job cause she was busy chatting with her friends instead of concentrating on my hair.

Loved doing my hair cut year as a first and second year. Now this devil inside me, when Im around dbn I go to legendary barbers all the way at Florida damn! Bt I can to do my hair cut to you guys this year also. I will just balance the diet. Love

Its a busy salon. The hairstyles are very simple. Dreadlocks are clearly not a priority here as I have been waiting for almost 2 hours for a someone to style my dreads. Ill have to find another salon.

They have good deals with nails and facial staff. Customer service needs to improve. No need to shout and scream in front of tenants.

This is actually a salon that accommodates everyone and has good service and good employees.

I took my child there they told me a price and then changed it after paying and after that they sent her without finishing her,rudeness and poor service ababazi avanti.. from 2Pm till 7:40 to go home ingaqediwe ingane sies maarn

I love it. Ive heard complain about the service but everytime when I visit, I get the best of it, all of their branches that is. Maybe if you come with negative energy you attract negative results, anywho its cheapest place I know and the staff know their work, weaving, washing, cutting my hair to doing nails, Ive never been disappointed.

Very bad service. I went with my 3 year old daughter today and wanted to do snoop on her, the one lady was very rude and she was going on about how I have a nerve to take my baby to the salon as she wont even do my babys hair like really tho. It was really unnecessary.. I dont recommend that salon to anybody, the customer service there is very very bad.

I dont understand why they say they close late when they dont want to attend customers after 7. I was only here to enquire but they gave me attitude, it was only the haircut guy who explained to me that they are tired and should come back tomorrow morning.

Nails and hair yes they are doing it sooooo good but they dont care about their customers as the ladys just talk anyhow they want...screaming is the most annoying part.The service is very poor.

I came in yesterday to do my full dry perm and it was done to perfection. I went to the branch in berea (at the bottom) as a friend had refered me.The staff is nice and welcoming and the prices are really good as well. Ill be going back for renewal of my perm when the time comes.Keep it up.

I have no clue why we are told it opens at seven because right now its 07:46 an I got here at 07:30.. they told me they are still cleaning and that it opens at 08:00... please dont mislead us... this is bad service because now Im just sitting here and Im in a rush.

The lady who was serving me was friendly but did not have the skill. I looked 2 other nail techs work and it was all bad. Seems they are not trained.

This is my second time doing my straight back and have to take it off within a week its loose Im so disappointed cause since last we all used to go there as family I have 4 girls they loved it but now Im not sho aymore

I am sitting here frustrated, the attitude I am receiving from the staff is disgusting, it is utterly disorganised. Ive been sitting for over 15minutes with wet hair and wet towel waiting for someone to dry my hair. The service has definately changed from last, just poor customer service.

It a second time Im coming here doing my nails. The first time the lady came with her child and the child kept on interrupting her several as result it took forever to finish my nails. Two days later the 2 nails fall off.Today I came back as my nails that I did 2 weeks ago has all fallen off and Ive been sitting for almost 15 minutes sitting on the couch and theres no queue per ser .There are at least 2 free ladies that are free but they chatting. One of the reason our business dont grow is the attitude we receive from staff.

I didnt like the treatment from some of their stuff. And the same towel used to dry my hair was the same towel used to mop the floor... This is very unhygienic,, so filthy. I dont recommend this salon to anyone.. rather Go for expensive salons for A class service.

This was my best salon when I still lived in Durban because of its economic friendly prices, but I must warn it tends to get really full and service becomes slow. When I recently went home and thought Id give them a visit the staff had changed alot which wasnt new to me but the new staff need proper training and customer service orientation this however does not imply to the south beach branch or the stanger one just the blue one in berea and the purple one. But all in all ill still go back there when I go back to Durban
