We used to be a reseller of this brand. Extremely poor quality product that has had to many faults within 6 months. Even worst after sales support from the Durban Branch. Our clients have taken their UPS in for repair and have complained to us about the rudeness and hostility they have experienced.From our experience, we would not recommend anyone doing business with this brand.
I went there today, and the guy who was assisting us had incredible customer, he was patient enough to explain how the ups systems work, he really treated us as though we were buying a million rand power system. Their costumer service is a breath of fresh air.

Terrible customer service!PSS do not have the customers best interests at heart, would not repair a UPS that is only 2 years old or provide any schematics for the product so I could repair myself. Would only replace all internals at the cost of a new UPS. On top of this I will now have to pay to get my UPS back from them. Not good enough guys its 2018, up your game.
Small, good staff and clearly competent with inverters etc. Organised and efficient.
