Repacked my robot vacuum cleaner battery. Great job and went out of their way to help me get everything working again.

I ordered some sealed lead acid batteries, but the website only allows for orders up to 10kg in weight and instructed me to send email to Sales and place my order that way. Ive done that two days ago and am still waiting for a response. Its December and at this rate Im not going to get my urgently needed batteries this year. How hard is it to answer an email?

Considering well they do is batteries, they were useless at trying to find the right battery for my Ford Ranger. Had to go to Durban North Battery Centre instead and they were far better! Might be good for other kinds of batteries but not automotive

1) Battery stopped working within a couple weeks,2) Battery was sent back via a courier on 19th Feb. Two weeks later and Im still without a battery. You will not receive any communication on the status of your query unless you constantly follow-up.

What a find. If you have any battery problem from cordless drills to torch batteries and more this is your one stop shop. Confident staff and helpful and am owner how knows his stuff. Not called Battery Experts for nought.

The first time I ordered from Battery Experts, I did not have the best experience. However, I have since used them twice and have received nothing but great service. It just goes to show everyone has an off day and first experience’s should not reflect the over all image of a business. Nicely done
