Just opened an account with SB. Wait 10 mins in the queue for someone to come and tell me its a long wait just to collect a new card. FNB courier you card to you and Nedbank have a vault locker that you can collect from. Not a good first impression.
Poor service i waited for 2 hours in the que with less than 10 people. There are few people helping us on Enquires.
There is always a line. I suggest people move to online platform to shorten the queues and cash withdrawals

Poor service! 3 consultants assisting one gentleman while others are busy with God knows what. We are getting late for goodness sake!
