Very poor assistance. Its not the staffs fault, they are super pleasant,but clearly are not adequately supported by the hidden powers. It reflects the arrogance of many banks. Im thinking to change to a bank that does the job.

No consultants avail for premier , what was the point of paying a high account amount and not getting the “personalized “ experience that they heavily advertised in addition to the ebucks change FNB is conning people into thinking that their brand is the best bank . Abysmal service lack of people and a flippant don’t care attitude earns this branch 1 Star

Absolutely useless being a premier banking client. No Consultant at the fnb branch is able to assist me as to why my internet banking does not allow me to log in to my profile. The query was logged and I was told it will take up to 48hours for feedback. One week later nobody can assist me and their advice is to sit and wait. When I go into an fnb branch they make me call my team of bankers that are useless. This has costed me money and time. I am really disgusted with their service.

Ridiculous that they have systems that you are told not to use! Having to collect a card, Im told to take an other services ticket because ppl that have been waiting in line before me would have an issue ... yet Im here to collect my card and leave.... why have a service that cant be used! Is their HQ aware of this????The attitude of the lady that assisted me was absolutely disgusting! And this is the second time Im here to collect the same card!!!!Once this collection is done ... 11 years of business with fnb will be done! #changingbanks
