A very horrible experience at this sportscene, cashier askes for your ID number when doing an exchange. Apparently this is to check for rewards however the rightful thing to do is ask if the customer has a rewards card or not. When I asked the cashier why couldnt she ask me that she says its safer to call out your ID instead of giving her my loyalty card with such arrogance. A response like that shows the lack of common sense and unprofessionalism. Please ask staff to learn a thing or two from the gateway staff.
I wonder if staff at Sportscene wake up every morning with the intention to disrespect and antagonise paying customers who often buy sneakers that exceed their income. Shouldnt we be the ones with their mindset? No. We believe in ethics and professionalism. Anyway, Ill just mind my own business considering the manager seems to be afraid of own staff.
Great service at Sportscence Pavilion, love the new store, very modern decor and keeping up with the trends. The staff are all friendly and efficient, go out of their way to assist customers, a special Small she is extremely helpful, I didnt even feel like a customer she made us feel like family... Kudos to her for her excellent service

Great service. Very fast and friendly got what I needed and didn’t feel hassled/rushed but got what I was looking for quickly. This store also has a very large range of Vans and even Nikes that is a lot more than I’ve seen at other Sport Scenes and at other stores nearby. Great experience.
