The people at Ross Championship were all extremely helpful and friendly - right from Sli attending reception, JP in the service department and the mechanic dealing with the vehicle. I found them extremely accommodating, kept me updated on work being done, and actually finished ahead of time. The work itself was of exceptional quality and vehicle looks as good as new. I wont consider going anywhere else for vehicle repairs.

My vehicle went in after a bad accident. The reception service was excellent.Sma the service advisor kept me updated at least twice a week on the progress on my vehicle.Insurance delayed the process a bit but Francois the manager assured me that they would have a courtesy vehicle for me at the end of the car hire period. True to form the courtesy vehicle was ready and waiting.The work done on my vehicle was excellent. One small part needed to still be done and they called me as soon as the part arrived. They dropped me at work, fitted the part and fetched me to collect my vehicle.I have no hesitation in recommending Ross Champion, their work and service is excellent.

My Subaru Forester was involved in a collision a couple of weeks ago. I managed to have it privately towed to Ross Champion where I was assisted by Francois. It was a very stressful time for me and I can honestly say he removed a lot of the stress. At these few times in our lives when everything changes so quickly through a violent car accident it makes a massive difference when you deal with someone who actually cares. I could not have been treated better and am very thankful.

My Audi Q2 was in a minor fender bender and there was some minor damage to my back bumper. I contacted Nizam from Ross Champion Durban and he was really a pleasure to deal with. He was able to match the assessment quote from the Insurance and was able to take the car in immediately. He promised that the vehicle would be done in a maximum of 3 days and would try to get it done sooner as I was without a vehicle. My car was ready at 3:30pm on the second day! The workmanship is great and I cant even notice where the damage occurred. The lower piece of the bumper was actually torn and they were able to repair this with no noticeable visibility after. I would highly recommend Ross Champion for their professionalism, quality of work and keeping to agreed timings. The entire process went smoothly and was overall an easy process.

Took my van in for a panel fix. Altenator packs up while its in their shop. They refuse responsibility and try make me issue another claim with insurance. Very disappointing and negligent at best, dishonest at worst. Incredibly unhappy.

Car took way longer than promised, no communication about the delays. I had to keep calling after them about the status of repairs etc. And to top it all they are dishonest! The broke my windscreen, gave the car back to me without saying a word, no apology nothing. When I queried it the manager took pictures, still doesnt apologize, said he will call and still waiting. You guys broke my windscreen and now I have to call after you to get it fixed. I will report you to the insurance company too and will most definitely not be going back there as this is not the fist bad experience with you!

Felt that theyre not good with communicating because I was told that my car was being repaired and after 6 days I called only to be told that theyre still waiting for authorization and paperwork! I had to go and fetch my car and have it repaired at home. Only took less than 2 hrs...
