Brilliant service on time.. no come backs

Unfortunately I found them to be pretty useless. The satnav screen on my car wasnt working. They took an entire week to diagnose the problem, only to tell me the screen needs to be replaced. I simply changed the fuse behind the screen myself and it started working again. However, there was still a loose connection. I asked them to secure the connection. They claimed they did, but as soon as I drove off the screen switched off again. I removed the screen myself and secured the connection. I havent had a problem since. So, basically i fixed my own car. Very disappointing.
