When a customer walked in and apologized for not wearing a mask, your staff said it was fine. I had to leave the waiting room because it became apparent that not many of your employees actually wear masks in the work place. - manager phoned to apologies and came up with a good solution so this does not occur in the future. Service was good - receptionist was on top of everything.

Ive had 2 bad experiences here (didnt learn the first time). This last time they were unprofessional. I called twice to confirm my car was ready for collection. When I arrived they made me wait around for an hour before telling me my car is actually not ready for collection and they were still busy (which was oddly exactly what happened the first time I used them). I then got my vehicle the next day and the engine bay is now smoking. Not what you want directly after a service.[UPDATE]Regarding the reply that This is unrelated to the service. I disagree. We do not know that is relative to a failing air conditioning pully... It is still being assessed. Even if is, it doesnt mean it wasnt affected by the Bosch team during the service... Mainly because I find it highly coincidental that this happened on the way home from the service. And has not happened before in the 7 years Ive owned the vehicle. The timing of the incident seems to correlate strongly with the service. Possibly just bad luck, but Ill leave other readers of this review to assess the probabilities of this.Regarding We did overcommit.... This wasnt an overcommit, your staff lied about that state of the vehicle on both occasions I have had my car serviced there.

World class service and friendly welcoming staff. Keep up the good work guys. I highly recommend Autoserv Bosch Car Service. Punctual, honest and fair prices... They even went as far as negotiating a good deal for brand new tyres.

2/5 when I compare the standards and expectations expressed on Bosch Globals website to the service I received at Bosch Autoserv Pinetown. Disingenuity is something that can be sensed. For instance you can tell if quality or quantity is the aim when youre dealing with someone.I may be mistaken but the response I took after dealing with Bosch Autoserv Pinetown was that all operations are quantity orientated.There is no option for me to reply to your post. How can we communicate directly?
