Absolutely amazed with the service at Premier Auto Services.My front wheel bearing was becoming old and worn-out and my starter was giving me a lot of issues. Premier has been very professional and swift with the repairs of my car. I also had a service done with them and my car feels super smooth. Im not sure if my car was not premium enough for them to work on but the lack of interest in just sending us a quote is really disappointing. The car was sent it on a Saturday for a clutch replacement quote and for a check up on a certain problem to which they found a solution for and claimed to send us a quote the following week.Days went by and still no feedback from them on the quote, I called in for an update and every time I called they had an excuse either stating that they forgot to send it or theyre still compiling it, promising me that Ill get the quote soon.2 weeks have gone and still no contact from them...Im not sure if the refusal to send me a quote is due to them not confident in their results after the diagnosis of the car and are afraid that the fix wouldnt be the solution, or if its simply just that my car is not worthy of their time and money.EDIT: I find myself having to change my review to a higher rating as their response to my query was impressive. They have taken the necessary action and went above and beyond to cater to my needs.

I bought good quality tyres who are still in good condition and with affordable price. Premier Auto Services wa very professional and treat us as customers with respect and dignity. The battery that we bought is of good quality and had been using it for long now and does not give me any problems. The service is affordable and caters for everyone. I took my wifes car in in Dec 2020 for a full engine recon and told them it was a family car and to ensure it was 100% for their safety. I had an estimate but unfortunately if you do go with them you have to keep following up with prices and they approve on their side without checking with you first. I ended up paying just over R21k and three weeks later collecting car, only to find out there was a big squeal that wasnt there before, the front mount was damaged and it was eating oil like mad. I took it back again and two weeks later got car back, they said belt they used was wrong and there was an oil seal at bottom which they changed so I had to pay again over R800. Up to today car still eats oil, front mount still damaged. sqeal is gone but Im not sure if they put back original belt n charged me for it. Dont waste ur time going here they too busy for u and too busy making money selling u extras etc to care about what they putting out.shoddy workmanship. Ive lost over R22k besides cost to borrow cars and keep dropping off the car. I would take it up legally but I just dont have any more energy to deal with them ever again. Lessons learnt.

I took my car to Premier auto services at the beginning of 2020. I was helped by Jonathan, Colin and Yugan. The service was excellent and efficient. I also recieved advice on problems that I needed to look at at a later stage (out of consideration that I couldnt afford to have everything fixed). I highly recommend Premier Auto services. They were kind and courteous, and most impressively honest in dealing with my car. Thank you guys.

Before booking my car for a service I was assured that they were following strict Covid-19 health and safety protocols at the workshop. This was certainly not the case when I eventually got my car. The staff member at reception was not wearing a mask and only put one on when I insisted he do so. The staff member cleaning the interior of my car was not wearing a mask or gloves. There is no register or temperature record of visitors.

The best car service workshop in Durban North Ive ever had the pleasure of handing my cars and business too. Yugan and the team do a wonderful and honest job. If I can give you some advice, send your Nissans to these guys and youre guaranteed service better than the dealership , not to mention the savings we received.

I had taken my Mercedes Viano to them to check my aircon and they advised they will need to use their bosch diagnostic machine to pump in gas into the system with dye then they can diagnose the fault , i then asked them cost and advised them to proceed , i sat and waited there just over hours and report printed from machine advising there is no problem and they where still confused what the problem was so they advised me to book the vehicle inn and they will need to strip the complete front section of my vehicle and maybe dashboard that will cost me R2500 ie 5-6 hours labour only and that without cost to sort what ever problem they may find , i advised them to proceed and brought my vehicle in the next day and left with them , i did check up every hours during the day and eventually they advise de that i will need to replace compressor + valve + condenser unit , i then asked them if they stripped the vehicle to check that this is required and asked them to give me a written quote , after every hour of follow up no quote was received and then i was little worried and told them if i can come over and check if the vehicle was stripped and why is the quote taking so long , i could hear the doubt and the way they spoke and handled the situation that they where chancing to make R2500 from me , they then advised they did not strip and they do not have the parts prices from the agents after keeping my vehicle for over 6 hours of having it booked for that specific day , so a warning to the you all is to beware of this company , they are chancers and looking for a way to make a quick buck from you , i paid them R600 for a service they could not diagnose or sort out or even quote me
