The absolute worst service, better yet get called to collect my spares and the only send a driver to fetch it once i arrived leaving me waiting for 2 hours. Then on questioning they will ignore you and walk away from you. Please deviate from them and use spare shops with some sort of dignity in their services

Total rip off. Asked for 2 bosch products, and was sold 1 bosch and 1 generic, at the premium bosch price. When I asked about it, they just apologised. Be careful when buying from here. They rip off customers and play dumb.

Went to buy brake pads and get them fitted, was supplied incorrect pads,had to wait 2.5 hours for correct ones and then fitment , was also required to pay extra for the new pads which they went and bought elsewhere.

Get there, ask for a part which they dont have. Say theyll have it after midday and I must come back. So j go back, only for them to tell me that it will only be here 2 days later because orders take that long. Why not communicate that straight off the bat. Will never go back here!
