A good place to take your car to, they have good customer care. Most of their employees attend customers in a professional manner.

Purchase 4 New tyres at a premium at Tiger Wheel Springfield. Told the sales person to ensure he picks the best of the 5 old tyres.He evaluate it and ensure its safe to use as a spare. A month later had a low pressure warning on my car and decided to use the spare. To my dismay the spare was flat. Had 3x leaks after checking myself. Complained to the Tiger Wheel complains dept and they sympathised with me. No corrective action to me. Was told to buy a new tyre. Poor service.Poor communication. No effort to rectify the problem. Just sympathetic phone calls which dont help me. Customers pay a premium for good service. I can get great cheaper tyres with better service elsewhere.

This place operates. Staff know what’s going on and are skilled and quick. I enjoy hanging around the pit and asking questions and following the process. I’ve used this branch numerous times. Will go back again and again.

Has always been a well managed one stop tyre replacement centre. Staff helpful and accommodating.

Personnel very helpful and engaging. But be very careful of the generic brands of tyres sold by all Tiger Wheel and Tyre outlets. Unfortunately had a very disappointing and potentially life threatening experience with a manufacturing defect on one of the generic brands which is sold and marketed by TWT which they refuse to accept responsibility for and now blame it on the incorrect speed rating of the tyre which the tyre never ever went even near such maximum speed as designated by the tyres speed rating.

Well run cleaner tyre houses . Sales staff well versed with different brands and quality. No margin for discounts unless items are on sale. Enjoy a cup of coffee while your vehicle is attended to . Has ample parking has earned a name and reputation as one of the better tyre houses

Service was fast and efficient, was in and out in no time at all. Granted they may not be the cheapest in town but they definitely worth the nominal premium price. Tiger Wheel and Tyre have been my first choice tyre vendor for over 20 years.

Poor service. A simple wheel alignment with only 1 car already being serviced took 1.5 hours. Salesman didnt even bother to take my keys or follow up. High prices for a poor job. Stay away

Went in to sort out my old car, had 3 cambers and 1 castor done. Car running straight and the service from BRADLEY was awesome, going to change my vehicles tyres there next month. Keep it up Bradley.

The person who attended to me tried to scare me into buy new tyres, telling me an accident was imminent with my current ones. I got a second, and a third opinion and they both said my tyres were fine. The car just needed an alignment. The price is also high.
