Quick and fast...reliable

Fast, good customer. Interation and very reasonably priced.

Firstly I bought a clutch kit from the Havenside branch in April 2020 by 14 October 2020 the clutch burnt off at least that was I thought. I took the vehicle to the Clairwwood branch on 15 October 2020. I was then told that it was the cable that was damaged. I was told I will have my vehicle the next morning which was 16 October 2020. My son went to the branch at 09h30 the vehicle was just standing there while the staff worked on another vehicle. My son was then sent to the agents to buy a new cable. Cable was fitted by 12h00. After several calls I was then told that the clutch and pressure plate was damaged and it had to be changed. I was told my vehicle will be ready by 15h30. After numerous frustrating calls and by 16h45 my car was still not ready. R4000 later and at approximately 17h15 my son was given the vehicle. To add salt to the wound the vehicle was not selecting 5th gear. Another mechanic had to sort out the problem. It took 24 hours to renew a cable and fit a clutch and pressure plate. This is really unacceptable. I will not recommend this place to anyone.

I was not satisfied at all with the service. I took my car for an adjustment for a clutch and they DELIBERATELY burnt my clutch so I have to be forced to replace it with a new one of theirs and the guy working on the clutch had an extremely unprofessional and bad attitude. I DO NOT recommend this place for anyone

I purchased 2 clutches and i was told if they fit i would receive a 1 year guarantee on it.Both my trucks never worked with the clutches installed workmanship was pathetic i was left with thousands of rands in damages to my vehicles.its been 4 months and my attempts to get them to help keep failing.Im now told they cant help me i must go to the agents and the thousands iv paid them are forfeited.
