Not sure if they were good once upon a time, had the worst experience with them recently, dont know how they are RMI approved. Paid to fix a slipping clutch, received the car back with the clutch still slipping. They didnt bolt the dustpan on, and it was scraping the road. Absolutely incompetent. Asked for a quote multiple times before the job and while the job was being done, was told well make a plan. No plan was made, slapped with a huge quote at the end of the job. Worst shop ever?

Customer care was okay. But the service was not up to standard and I was made to pay for something we did not agree on. I waited longer then expected and my was worse that when it came in.The staff also smoked inside my car and it smelled of cigarette. I would not advise anyone I know to use the place

Great service, friendly staff. I would recommend Western electric to anyone.

Had a good experience here, they did a full service and their prices are really reasonable, they alerted me about some things that need to be done (i.e. brake pads) and even gave me a estimation of how much longer they have left on them. I will be back again.
