Very glad with the service and managers feedback whilst our vehicle was at their w/shop. Sent our VW Transporter in for a minor service, 2nd time around. They not only did the service but had checked everything else while the vehicle was on the ramps. From the brakes, brake fluid replacement, to the coolant and even found the lower a/c pulley damaged which i never knew. Not forgetting corrosion and grease paste on battery terminals and door locks respectively, engine bay and bonnet cover dust wipe up. Its the little things that count. Total cost was inexpensive were I would of paid an arm and a leg at the agents. Seriously reliable technicians that one can rely on.

Bosh car service is the best. I have taken in 2 vehicles in and they have not let me down.

First experience- dropped off the car for a minor service. They had it for three days and there were oil stains inside the car and the under carriage had body work dragging on the floor because t was not out on correctly.Second experience- took the car in for a service and cambelt change. They had the car for three days and tried to send it home with me with a cylinder not firing. My automatic stalled TWICE while trying to reverse out the shop. I told them there was a timing issue but they said their computer said the car is fine!!!I told them hey must look at the car again. It took them WEEK AND A HALF to get the car back on the road and replace he parts they lost during the cambelt change!Not once did they phone me to update me on the status of the vehicle- I had to phone in multiple times. They kept saying they would get back to me and never did!I will never use them again!!!

Had to take car back 3 times due to trouble with brakes. Everytime I took it back they told me a different story. And they charge an arm and a leg for parts. Dont take your car for a service here!

Had great service and experience 4 years ago, recently had horrible knowledge experience on a well known vehicle.
