First time I have dealt with Masterparts Pinetown and was pleasantly surprised. They had all the parts I required, staff were very pleasant and helpful.Had one glitch which forced me to go back as the part was incorrect, but it was a picking error from the shelf and not a sales error as the correct part was reflected on the invoice. I should also have checked.

Very poor service, firstly when u call the shop u put on hold for a long time, secondly the prices quoted on the phone is not the same when u go to buy it over the counter, staffs always blaming other staff for wrong pricing, also when u phone in they say they got stocks only to find out 20 min later when u go to the shop there is no stock available, also staffs attitude stinks its like they doing us a favour, they must realize we are paying part of their salary, wouldnt want to support Master parts Pinetown in the future

They gave me a wrong part after given them my engine number, I explained to the sales person but refused to listen to me. Now I must drive 36 km back to pinetown to exchange or get a refund

Disinterested salesman who probably thought since I was a woman, I didnt know what I was talking about. Queued for 40 mins in the sun only to spend less than 1 min in the actual shop!

Lots of car parts

Bunch of Indian crooks. Overpriced parts, brake pads selling on takealot for R450 yet here they selling for R730. I had no choice but to buy it since it was urgent. No other store around that area had the brake pads for my specific car make and model.

They take 24 hours to reply on a quote and then give me prices for three of the 36 parts requested saying thats the only parts available, Master parts Durban which are the same company but spoke to two different sales people both gives me different amounts of parts available on the system, this looks more like the sales team lack of wanting to actually look up the right parts.

Very disappointed with the service received and quality of parts. Firstly, we were given the wrong parts for a service and then we were given the wrong clutch although confirming all the vehicles information.We then experienced a faulty part and sent it for warranty, but after VISUAL inspection they could not find anything wrong and will not entertain the claim. This is not something we would expect from a company with such high ratings.

Im a wheelchair user and I cant believe that there are still businesses that does not make their premises accessible. Its not the first time visiting the place and surely wont be the last. Please do something about your entrance, I cant keep customers to assist me its hazardous.
