He has taken the utmost care of my gran. The value we got in comparison to other options was amazing. Truly compassionate and understanding.

My 92 year old gran is still waiting for her hearing aid to be fitted properly. He took one away for repair and returned another that is not even hers. (Different make and size) until he proves otherwise I would say that chap is a serious con artist praying on the elderly and should be exposed and hung up to dry.

Be aware of false advertising, stay as far away from this company as possible. Not only are they exceptionally rude, unprofessional and should by no means deal with the public, it has been years since i have met with such defiance, blatant rudness and unprofessionalism. I do not think they will be around for long with there attitude and aproach to business. Stay far AWAY from that company is my advice!
