I own an Audi car. The service delivery it utterly poor and have lodged a complaint to Audi SA. Literally parked my car for a day there and had to bring it back the next day as the service advisor over booked cars for the day. Furthermore the workmanship is so poor as things that were meant to be replaced wasnt and I left the service line without parts that needed to be put back on the car which meant I had to make another booking. The place is a mess for such high esteemed caliber of a German car brand. Looks can be deceiving with this dealership. A visit for a simple service not really the case - 4 visits within a space of a month plus their own machinery for their cars dont even work so you have to take your car else where for tyre alignment and balancing. Pathetic for Audi as a brand.

So I have held off on this as I had wanted to not just give perspective on the service but also the knowledge of the staff at Audi Centre Durban, anyways in November last year I began shopping around for an upgrade to my SUV, having previously dealt with Angelo with the VW brand, I was told that he had crossed over to audi, I went in to chat to him and he introduced me to Nolan, a Sales Representative. I looked around and while I was taken by the many amazing vehicles on their showroom floor I decided that I would challenge them to find me a vehicle to my budget and requirements, after a discussion of what Im looking for, I left it upto Angelo and Nolan. In January this year they called me with a vehicle that they felt was best suited to me, Angelo put together a good finance structure and while I liked the vehicle, it was still to be seen how well the Q5 fit my family and I. It has now been 2 months and I can safely say Well Done to you Angelo and Nolan. You have given me a vehicle that my family and I truly enjoy and love.

Great place for servicing your Audi

Finding an issue on your car is not theyre strength, they can confirm that there is an issue and thats all. Drove my car with them, they saw the issue and from there on the nightmare started. Several times the car was send for the same issue, as it was mentioned. I was told that even the data had to be send to Germany, Im not sure that any data was send anywhere but the car was not fixed and was returned. Worse service ever, Im not sure if you can find more incompetent service somewhere. They always charge for diagnostic but if the error doesnt come up on the computer, then there is no issue. I always had Audi and used the European service centers but here, you can meet incompetence in its greatest form. I was never disappointed by Audi in Europe! Here, at least in Audi Durban the disappointment started, we have send the car to another service and the issue was found in two days. Never go Audi Durban!!!

Disappointing and pathetic after sales service. Had the unfortunate experience of purchasing my vehicle with Kyle Posthumeus, who is unscrupulous and a habitual liar. He led astray and making me believe that he was to sort out my personalized number plates, unfortunately my interaction with the management staff was just as pathetic.

Absolutely disgusted with their service. Vehicle booked in for 21/12/19. Got there at 7.45 as requested. Staff only rocked up after 8.30, hungover, as they had their staff party the night before (not my problem). I was advised by Portia that my brake discs would not be replaced under motorplan as the discs have been skimmed. Who in their right mind would go to the extent of skimming discs if vehicle is under motorplan? Matter was escalated. Never see me again.PS: This is the 1st Audi I own & my 1st experience with Audi service, coming from BMW & Merc stables.

1) On the day i went to service mu audi this past June, i went with my license disc and had left it in the car and informed the service lady that i hadnt had time to display so if the mechanics have time could they please help me and display the disc. She said sure she will ask them to do it if they have time. Upon receiving the car back the disc was gone! I have called and emailed audi and spoken to the service lady directly but nothing has been done, instead audi is defending the thieves among them! They have their noses stuck in the air and keep telling themselves the disc must be somewhere in the car as if i dont know how to search my own car! mcm! im done with them, i would advise no one take their car their again. There are better audi centres than Durban.2) Very dissapointing service and care given from audi centre in Durban. I usually service my car there but no more, it always comes back with problems and I feel these should have been identified and communicated with me.

Average service ,ungodly book-in fee (R3500+ ) & parts prices and HIGHLY hesitant to follow up on issues done on repairs by them with original Audi parts👎.

Friendly service advisors, security personal wide awake as they know customers, no work get done without the car owners authorization, enough parking and the workshop staff will not leave till everyone is sorted.
