Aucor has a wide variety of cars whether it can be an old car or a new car but the new cars are not first hand. Every car that is there is a pre-owned car. The customer service is excellent. They help you decide which car is actually perfect for you as you inspect the cars thoroughly. The cars that are sold are sold at your own risk meaning they are not liable for any damage caused to the car. You buy the car as is, just like how you see it.

After registering for a timed vehicle auction which started at 14.00 am and as per their catalogue ended at 10.30 the following day I placed my bid. Last bid was placed just before 10.30. Waited to see if I won the bid I was surprised to see bidding continued. I then placed a call to the manager to find out what was going on only to be told that bidding on lot no 1 closed at 10.30 and each lot closed a minute thereafter if no further bids were placed. I was looking at lot 181 which meant that there was another 3 hours to go before that specific lot was going to be closed. Should rather have been advertised as a staggered time auction. Also cannot see on the app who I am bidding against. For all I know and I could have been bidding against an employee of the bank for whom the auction was being held and being staggered whose to say that the auction prices are not being manipulated thus to push up the prices and thus more commission for the auction house. I have no proof or basis to base my thoughts on but will definitely not take part in a timed vehicle auction again. Staff at Aucor are great. My compliments to Princess who works there

Great Selection of cars make no mistake. But once you purchase and go to fetch the vehicle the staff outside supposed to be assisting customers with boosting and sorting out flat tyers has alot of ATTITUDE. They will literally ask you for a tip to do their jobs.

Totally Unimpressed . I purchased a vehicle and paid for it in april.The vehicle was an MFC auction vehicle. It was not disclosed however uponregistering the vehicle it was discovered that it was a stolen vehicle.Aucor together with MFC have taken 3 months and up to today have NOT resolved the issue.They have the car, my money and the money spent on repairing the vehicle.The admin staff have attempted to assist however there appears to be NO backing from Aucor management or MFC.My money and my paid for vehicle is with them. A win,win position for them..definately a lose ,lose situation for me..I have dealt with burchmores,dales,park village,consolidated,tirhani,auction operation,spokes but have only experienced this from AUCOR.Im not impressed at all with the service from Aucor and MFC
