This is a great little hardware store of longstanding that pretty much caters for ones basic needs. Service is great and items well priced. It is located within the Glenwood Mall which offers ease of access and ample parking.

Village Hardware is my favorite place to go for art supplies. Even if they dont stock what youre looking for, theyll help you find it somewhere else and suggest alternatives. Their products are a good quality, and the service is delightful!

I agree with Spencer-Rae Kerr : The shop owner can be quite rude at the best of times but i suspect thats just her personality. All the assistants are well mannered and very knowledgeable. I would easily rate this little shop 5 stars as I think it has THE MOST variety per square meter, catering for DIY, art and craft enthusiasts, and at competitive prices at that! (Im taking off a star due to the rude owner, youll have to earn that last star maam). Definitely check out VILLAGE HARDWARE or give them a call before you head off to the Big Brand shops... you might be pleasantly surprised!

Nice shop that despite being small crams in an impressive selection of stuff for both home maintenance repair (loose screws & nails, glues, solvents, basic plumbing and electrical parts, kitchen & bath accessories, etc.) and art supplies. Most of the staff are very nice and helpful.
