With the conceptual drafts, I gave him he surpassed my expectations and delivered quality architectural drawings and plans (elevation+ floor) for the 4 unit residential apartment. The contractor was able to access all the schedules and notes. The files were accessible with AutoCAD. We consider him a great integral part of our design team.
