Looks good on outside and entrance but rooms too small and too high price per room but oveall good place for student and new professionals who just started work...
They dont respect peoples (tenates) rights, they dont respect or follow the constitution law, their buildings are overcrowded because of money greed. I could write a whole 5 pages but i will only just stop here. If you want to stay there be prepared to have all your rights abused, regardless whether you are a disable or able individual, they dont RESPECT PEOPLE, all they want is money
One of the places where you come really and desperately in need of an affordable roof.Besides the noise from kids, sometimes inconsiderable neighbours and pest control issues (rats;cockroaches,to be specific and lately bedbugs.)In the end you only sign up for the place after having reviewed it...so you join the community having seen the idea of the not so ideal but doable lifestyle☺
Crappy rules ,only two visitors allowed and you need an ID to bring visitors any mistake youre kicked out....you dont pay on the first or the second you sleep outside ...i would advice anyone from staying in that building unless if theyre desperate ...and the WiFi is not working most of the time ...the rules and conditions tells you what the owner thinks about Africans !
Mom lives in the building
