If you looking for a place that respects its tenants this is not it, they came to my apartment removed tiles off the kitchen and left my apartment dirty I asked them more than twice to clean they didnt do that at all imagine coming back from work you are tired and you still have to do someone elses job. And the staff at the reception is not useful they will tell you to write an email, imagine you want assistance and you told to write a email? What a joke!

I am so grateful to city life for offering a safe space with wifi as a single parent I dont know how I would survive without them in these financially straining times.

I find Premium better because of people that stay there. They give you a sense of belonging and they are very welcoming.

Their staff open our room without us being there or notifying us that they will be searching our room. They took our things and wont replace them. The water is cold, we experienced a problem with bed bugs, mice, not to mention the cockroaches. The toilets and thr bathrooms are constantly dirty. Its a mess.

Citylife Premium is good and staff members compared to Towoers

I had just moved in, a group of staff knocked on my door after 9pm, without a notice, searched my room and took my new kettle stating its not allowed. No one mentioned or suggested I must make a plan for my appliances before moving in...Never got it back.

If you dont like communal living its definitely not a place for you...the thin walls and sharing of toilets and bathrooms very unhygienic for more than 50ppl in a floor...

I ejoyed my stay at city life, its one of the places that i would recommend to people who need accommodation the rent is affordable if u are sharing but its also affordable if u want to stay alone, but u bring ur own stuff they only provide rooms

I have been staying at City Life Premium for as long as I can remember . Their security is up to par, most secure accommodation in Durban 24/7. If you are a young adult and looking for a place to stay, hit them up! ;)

I had such a great experience whilst I was staying at Towers they offer flat rental at such affordable rate and they dont charge deposit. They have such a good service when it comes to their tenants.

I made a deposit because I was paying for my rent and the Ill treatment I received from the stuff for which I wont say their names was awful and un called for no one notified me that I shouldnt make a deposit when paying rent yet they saw it fit to treat me like a criminal yet I paid full amount Ive never ever in my life been so humiliated,not that all is bad but they need to work on their people skill and I was planning on staying even for the whole year again but this treatment has gone to an extent that I really need to move out this coming month end.....

There is no communication between citylife and tenants, I just came back from work and found my room was flooded with dirty water with a bad smell. when I went to complain they only told me they were cleaning with a chamical and no one came to clean my room I had to do it myself.before this I had a rat problem the ate my groceries and when I reported this it took them weeks to address the matter.

Theres no safety, peoples clothes always get stolen, just recently a tenants laptop and phone was stolen in their room, the place is filthy, crawling with cockroaches and rats, the rent is unreasonable for the kind of dirt and service that place has. Its really a shame the kind of filth people have to endure just to have a roof under their heads.
