Spe working at King Shaka international made my day. He took my personal circumstance so seriously and did all he could to ensure I had a good journey onwards - he went that extra mile and took time to deal with the issue at hand. Very rarely do I experience this kind of personal service in Durban and so happy to have dealt with him.

Please do Emirates a favour and fire Chantal Hillier , who definitely looks like she doesnt want to be there. Her approach to customer queries is extremely rude and blunt.This is the second occasion that we ended up with her and it was the same as before. The other gentleman in the office were a pleasure to converse with when we booked before.Look likes you guys want a fair representation of races, but you definitely can find alot of friendly white faces to replace hers.
