Pathetic after sales service. My aircon Blu star was fitted for me 28 December 2020.. I called the head office 2 weeks ago. Still waiting for a technician to come over. Today I called again n apparently there is a called out fee. And no technicain available due to bad weather.

Shiraz is a con artist. My aircon is giving problems that I bought from him, his excuse is that he does not deal with the brand of air con he supplied me with anymore. Very nicely he took R6000+ but does not want help when his product is giving problems. I was even quotes a lower price once I went in store the price was inflated and his excuse was that it was a special from last month, best part is the quote he gave us was 1 day before we went into store.
