I have been a customer of LazAir for a few years. I am disappointed in saying that the overall experience with dealing with LazAir has deteriorated.I had three airconditioning units at my home serviced by LazAir this January, and after just a month my units were not functioning correctly again. After an extreme effort on my part and a lack of service/communication from LazAir, I finally got them to come back and check what was going wrong. They reported there was a leak and that I will have to pay an additional amount (after just paying them for a full service) to repair.Thankfully I got a second opinion from another Airconditioning Servicing Company and his professional report to me was that my Units were not serviced correctly. The Units were still full of dirt, pipes still clogged and rust build ups werent removed. I was advised that this should of been carried out. Further more, one of my units was infested with wasp/bee hives which was not seen to by LazAir either. (Pictures are added, this is only less than a month after a service was done.)Regarding the leak, there was no leak but just that LazAir did not close the valve correctly and my gas was not topped up.Imagine that, I would of had to pay for a repair that wasnt needed and a problem caused by LazAir themselves in the first place.This is not good business nor anywhere close to a proper form of customer service.Please be wary about servicing appliances that we do not know much about and who you use to avoid being ripped off.

Went to the office in Edgecombe. Tuesday, 28 August, 12:30. Reception area empty. Receptionist absolutely uninterested...I said to her Im going to look elsewhere cause she is too busy... Still unphased... I walked out.

No response after three call attempts and no call backs as well.
