Quote given for R12k plus RR5100 for extra piping. Theyre are now wanting to charge over and above for the piping saying the unit was R17100. We were overcharged for by 5 meters. This is so wrong.

Very bad service. Technicians have no clue on trouble shooting. Office staff schedule appointments and without notice cancel.Never again , will I ever use them.
