I was a little shy when I first came into the store but wow, the staff made me feel comfortable and in the right place in a second. I thought that Id be overwhelmed because there are a lot of products but instead felt like the ladies knew what they were doing and they told me everything I need to know about everything. I left super satisfied with what I received and wont think for a second before I return. Love the store and ladies thanks.

The Lady Jane stores both in Umhlanga and Gillitts are amazing. The stores are stunning and have such a vide variety of product to chose from, amazing helpful staff and it was such a fun and educational experience. The shops are even willing to source items that you are looking for if they do not currently stock it. I will shop at no other adult store in future.

The Ballito store is a beautifull, relaxed and professional environment. All the products you could possibly want and very knowlegable staff to help you out with any queries. All three their branches are Very luxurious and upmarket. Would highly recommend paying them a visit .

I like how existing Sales Rep has been and how helpful they are especially to First Time customers who dont know what to buy. Even the boutique setup inside is nothing short of awe-inspiring and of the highest quality Prices available. The available hygiene is also satisfying.
