Its a good workman shop. Nicely laid out too, with reasonable pricing clearely marked. Keep an eye out for specials, they can be a nice saving. Its surprising what they have, so if you dont see it ask one of the helpful staff. Ive been looking at arc welders, the better ones have anti-stick function, and easy arc starting .. which are nice to have.

Bad service. Bought bolts ...nuts and washers amongst other things ....got thru security and hold and behold .....washers not in the packet .....but I paid for it . I cant go back and claim as security checked . He didnt even go thru my stuff ....merely stamped and moved on . Thats customer service for you .

Good prices, friendly staff. I am a regular in this store and you think it would buy one some points. Even the cashiers know my kid, and they know he never causes trouble. And I (as a single dad) am always in the store with my toddler. ON ONE occasion the boy gives trouble the management is telling me how I am disturbing other customers and if he breaks the anything I am paying. Where does he get off? Yet on the store it says NO GUNS yet some people are allowed to carry guns in the store and not a word from the same manager. . You look a certain way, they talk to you a certain way--this is South Africa.

If you are looking for tools and consumables this place has everything...Friendly and helpful staff. It is in a dodgy area however and it is quite difficult to get in and out of here. But definitely worth the effort!

Stocks almost anything, but know your prices before hand as they can be way more expensive than competitors on some items(eg. steel, ally sections). Friendly staff until you get to the chatting cashiers. Expensive on tools etc. but best on fasteners and rivets.
