I dont know if its because of the pandemic fever or what but My goodness!! what a horrible pizza I got from this Broadway Debonairs. And to be honest since it has gone Haalal and changed management the quality of Pizza you get from this place has gone downhill and I will tell you why. First of all its the No pork issues, which Yes I know there is certain toppings they dont do anymore because its Haalal but that dont mean the Pizza I pay for must be disgustingly bad.... However what I cannot do is accept the fact that I pay with my hard earned money and get a thin and hard crust of dough with barely any tomato base sauce, no flavor microscopic toppings that you can count on one hand, a sprinkle of cheese here and there ofwhich you lucky if you even get a max 4 slices of pizza with any cheese at all, then its obviously the fake meat. Went to this Broadway Debonairs with my daughter today and believe if it wasnt for the fact that my daughter was famished after our long trip back I would have driven back and asked for my money back. The worst Pizza I have ever had.... Ever! Horrible! It was so sparse I dont even know if I could call what I paid for Pizza... Disgraceful. Dont buy Pizza at this place, you would be wasting your time and money

I ordered Pizza @ 17:07 n @ 17:17 i placed second order, and I told the Lady over the phone that Ill collect my orders at 18:00, bt when I got there my order wasnt ready, I had to wait another 15m to get my order, n I was hurt.

Ordered bacon and jalapeño pizza via Mr D only to find out the ingredient is macon. Menu should be displayed properly on Mr D.In addition quality of food was disappointing.

Good value for money.... on their 2 pizza combo.... tasted good... I enjoy the thin base..

Topping of chicken on all 4 of my pizzas where too little. You pay so much but get so little food out of it. Pizzas where bought from Broadway debonairs

Just read all the negative comments about this place, I should have checked the comments first as every one of the negative comments is correct. You all been warned stay away from this place!!!!

Shocking service on 27 Feb 2021.Placed an order via the app, and over an hour later when no delivery came, I started trying to contact the store but after 10 attempts, with each time being cut off, I went to the store. I saw how how the telephone was just ringing until it cut off.The manager initially ignored me and had to reoeatedly ask for attention. Eventually after an hour and a half I got a cash refund, never to go back to Debonairs.What a terrible experience. Debonairs sucks big time and not recommended. .

Food quality was not as good as in past years

Ordered a large club pizza from DEBONAIRS BROADWAY and asked for no debonairs sauce. Came home and after dishing up, I taste theres debonairs sauce on the pizza. Waste of my time and money. Too tired to drive all the way back there with this incorrect order. ANNOYED!

Pathetic service, cancels your order after waiting for it for an hour and a half. Third time this has happened now, poor service, poor management and the food when it does get delivered after a year is untidy and tastes like paper.

The experience was terrible. We paid for extra chicken. The one had and the other didnt. I told the manager. They then just tossed the extra chicken over. Disappointing. Decided to order the 10 pizza party pack for my daughters birthday. My girlfriend ordered and paid on the Debonaires app by 6:15. The app did not provide any tracking info and we tried to call the branch several times to find out the progress on our order.We had a very hungry family and disappointed birthday girl. After 1 and a half hours I decided to order food elsewhere. The Debonaires delivery man then arrived at 8:05 (almost 2 hours later). I couldnt accept the order from him and will be requesting a refund today.

One of the staff members are very rude. We order the Promotion which includes 1 triple decker Pizza with 1 side and 1 drink and then the guy phoned me and said that they no longer do this particular promotion and that I will then only get the pizza and the drink I then tried explaining to him that I dont want to pay that amount for just a 1L drink extra and that I would then please like a refund as it is not the order that I order and then he just rudely put the phone down in my ear.

I placed an order last night at 4:28 received a call that it was being prepared then waited until 6:00 and then made a follow up call I was told there was no electricity and if the electricity comes back Ill receive my order if not then a call to let me know but nothing until 8:30 then no answer and no call.

So 2 hours later the pizza is not delivered, despite calling and following up 3 times and being told the driver is on the way. Ridiculous

I thought Id spoil the family by getting them some pizza for a birthday, bad idea getting food from here.We placed the order online and made our way to the shop. About 20 minutes. When we got there they insisted we did not pay even though we did online.Once that was finally made clear we got our ticket with the order number. (we expected our food to be ready by now) we waited. Order numbers 10+ above ours were called out and served. We were still waiting for our food.When we got our food the subs and pizza were cold. We left it at that... We had our food and just wanted to get back home.I would really think twice before getting food from here.

NIce Pizza, we loved the Real deal special, Just one thing regarding the Spicy Chicken, its a tad on the dry side, even the creamy chicken. It would have been nice to be told how hot the vegi one was. Otherwise really friendly staff and good service.

Poor customer service and horrible delay in placing an order, there seem to be a crippled management of the store.

2nd incident Update: order number # 32638524 I had no idea service could get worse than the previous time. Today 6 Dec 2019 ordered 3 pizza at 7:23 pm by 8:40 pm no delivery tried calling the store no answer had to drive to the store. I was told the driver was almost at the delivery address. I left the store got home and still no sign of the driver calelld the store was told again the drive is on his way its now 9.22 pm still no delivery. I cannot believe Debonairs always a franchised store to operate at such a shocking poor level.First incident:Ordered a pizza at 7:20 pm by 8:40 I made over 10 calls which were answered by very unhelpful call centre agents eventually drove to the store at 9:30 just before they closed.

Absolutely horrible service.i have ordered 4pizzas 2l of coca cola and sides. ..the driver took over 1hour and 30min.when i was waiting for him outside the house he missed it...aventtualy when he arrived after several phone calls ,he forgotten the sides..worst service you can possibly getI do not recommend them to anyone

Asked for BBQ sauce as an extra. It never came. I also asked to bring the card machine but the cashier cut the call so she never got my request. The driver didnt know how to use the card machine and had to keep going back to change the machines out till it eventually worked.

I was really not pleased with the service I received. The cashier was watching television while serving me and she took a wrong order. When came to collect instead of apologizing she wanted to turn it to my fault

I am an imployee at one of the other stores in this area and I have spoken to the people that work at this branch before. Yesterday I whent to order a pizza for me and my brother after not eating there for a very long time and IIwas told that I am fat and should lay of the pizza now in my case it might be the truth but even if i work in a different shop I Still remain your customer and if i said that to any of my customers i probably would not have a job anymore. I dont think its right to say that to any person infront of their family and fellow customers.

Looked for a nice Cheezie PizzaPurchased a 3 cheese and a Pepperoni - They had the cheese on and probably had potential but was destroyed by a hot chilly tomato mix.Both Pizzaz tasted the same with the nasty tomato base permeating through everything.Disinterested Staff cost nothing extra though.

Free delivery took an hour and a half, very slow service and no answer on their telephone. Very bad service.

Terrible service. Ordered online in January. Havent received delivery to date. They always cant cope. They only answer calls for orders and not when you select query option. Pizza is usually dry and I have waited more than one and a half hour for delivery and I am only 2km away. I wont order again.
