Best doctor ever. Helpful staff. Feels like family

I tried to see the doctor but the reception lady kim insisted i get there by 4pm.after telling her i finish work at 430 and would be there before they closed she turned me away even though I work round the corner from their surgery. I go there anyway as i am sick and in need of medical assistance and they insist i pay cash and claim back from medical aid. They could still have called medical aid as they were open but these women refused to. I have not met the doctor personally but wonder if he or she knows how lazy and unhelpful his staff is. They turn away sick people.....what kind of service do you provide?

Doctor Govender is the best... His assistant is just as great...
