Waited for about 45 minutes for breakfast, in a fairly empty restaurant. Eventually cancelled order after losing faith. Have to give a star just to post my comment

Excellent burgers especially the bacon and cheese beefburger.

The service left alot to be desired.i walked in and almost had to beg for any attention or service from any of the staff. Finally got taken to a table that the other waitress screamed at this waitress that our is meant for another table all this while we are all left in limbo with no apology at all. What has happened to service? And this was a treat for my kids after our fasting month. Will think twice before I go here again

As always consistency with breakfast

On Saturday the 15th of May I came into your restaurant at 9:00am for my daughters birthday. Our waitress Xoli was unpleasant and rude. When we asked her for 2 separate bills she was frustrated and when she went to place our order even banged the counter there.Our order of the steak was supposed to be medium rare but it came well done and in such bad presentation. The eggs Benedict also was poorly presented and tasted terrible.The hot drinks all came cold.We used the Entertainer App and when asked if we could use the beverage voucher with the meal voucher we were told by the manager that Fego does not give away free food. This was such an insult because we were not there for free food. The manager was horrificly unpleasant.Its a pity we did not take pics of our meal. Overall the taste was poor and there was really bad service.I feel it is my duty to bring this to your notice as this is not up to Fegos high standard.The review link is not working. Fego Caffe on Broadway Durban North along the busy main road but on a relaxed setting on Broadway. A good place for a meal surrounded by all four major banks for business and financial transactions if needs be. Kensington square on Kensington road is a walk across from Fego on Broadway for additional parking as there is not a lot of parking outside the shop. The space is well arranged and prepared to accommodate Covid-19 compliance requirements with very bubbly and friendly staff.

Lovely selection of meals, with a hearty gourmet feeling. They were out of stock of baguette but substituted my meal with a panini which tasted just as great if not, better!

The best friggin cappuccino in Durban. Got to check out their special. Burger, chips and coke for R60. Good deal and delicious.

The waiters are always friendly and most of them provide great service. I go there at least twice a month with my wife and love the fact that the mega cappuccinos really are mega, being one of the largest cappuccinos Ive had at a really decent price. Their food is not bad either, but feels slightly overpriced for anything other than the breakfasts on the menu.

My Husband and I often go there.There is outside seating, as well as inside seating.The Restaurant is extremely clean, and is Managed by an Excellent Manageress, who is very Efficient and Friendly.The Waiters and Waitresses are very Friendly and the Service is Excellent.

Situated in a nice quite safe area. Food is very good nice big portions. And a big thank you to one of the staff named Mfundo....this guy is a real champ, bubbly and friendly guy will make u feel very welcome....great service. I went there for the first time about a week ago. It was a Saturday morning. The food was amazing and the service was fast and helpful. I was able to bring in my laptop and I was offered free wifi from the shop. Will I go back again? Most definitely!!

Friendly staff, great coffee, delicious cakes but a bit pricey in comparrison to a few coffee shops walking distance from them.

Food was undercooked and the meat tasted funny. I wouldnt recommend this branch as the staff seemed to be so relaxed as if there was no MOD. We recieved the wrong order at first and then we got food that was not fully prepared. The waiter told us not to have the butter chicken because the chef doesnt apparently make it nice. Never going back.

Changed... Milkshake no longer nice and the burger patty crumbles and the bun is twice the size of the actual patty.Used to be very nice once...

Found out to be O.K.

We went here with a Daddys Deal voucher for two burgers - which is often a risky business. The risk was well worth it. The burgers were delicious (real mince as well), the service attentive (particularly considering it was a Monday night) and a lovely chilled atmosphere. Very happy.

Service and food were lacking. We had to ask for things more than once and was told after we had ordered that the food we wanted wasnt in stock.We have had better experiences at other branches so hopefully this isnt a regular thing!

Great deals and service...a must try place...

The absolute worst service by the manager I have experienced in South Africa. I ordered a smoothie that, from the menu, appeared to be fresh fruit but when I tasted it it was obviously not. The waitress told me it was made from a syrup and another waiter took it away after I told him it wasnt what I expected. It was on the bill and after asking to have it taken off the manager told us, you cant just not pay for something because you didnt like it. I explained it wasnt what I expected and she was incredibly rude and adamant that we pay for it (42 rand, by the way). I am here volunteering with 18 other people and you have lost us all as customers.
