Its nice estate but maintenance required to be done .

The complex is promoted as a low noise level estate which is far from true. Raising concerns with management has no effect. They seem rather nonchalant about the residents concerns. Think twice before you invest.

Lovely estate, beautiful environment for the family

Manor Estates has lovely open spaces with 45% dedicated to green areas. It boasts a clubhouse, swimming pool and fishing dam. There is an onsite sales team to show you all the new development on the Estate.

Management is unfriendly and quite rude actually. The security is very good. The premises are supposed to be eco which would suggest natural African landscape. It is a mixture of exotic and indigenous. Their policy on pets is horrendous!

Its okay for a gated estate in balito. Roads on the inside are not kept well. Apartments are pretty close to each other. Fence line is really close to the sugar cane.

For family if I could some day

Driving into the estate can be difficult due to the main road located at the entrance. Once inside its nice enough, you enter to large palm trees lining the drive. The estate had a small damn and swimming pool aria as well as braai, toilet and under cover facilities.
