The hyper inflated amount you are asking for rental of that apartment, should give the tenants some kind of security. – I will be happy to warn future tenants about this.They have also not enjoyed free and fair use of the property, NO PARKING, Pool constantly closed, elevator never working, constant boisterous behaviour by holiday tenants.Over and above the legality of COVID-19 restrictions, sanctioned on us by the Government and of no doing of our own, because of “force majeure”.They were open about the financial strain this has had on our company as well as asked for financial assistance during this. . . which was denied. We are happy to approach the Rental Housing Tribunal and request a reduction in rental owed as we have the proof that we are affected. Received very poor service. Was not impressed at all. I feel like I was robbed having to pay R400 for credit checks- long story short not worth the time, Viola is very invested but the service is not worth it. Received much better service and cheaper credit check rates from other renting agents.

Hmm where do I even start....Wont recommend to anyone, great at helping you find a place but that is where it ends. They are quick to take your money but dont like returning deposits.
