Absolutely the rudest person I have dealt with. I needed to return a double prescription. The one lady said there is 2 sachets in the box which she said was one application. I read the instructions from my doctor who said I needed to take the medication the night prior and on the morning of the procedure. I then explained this to the pharmacist at alpha pharm who then gave me two boxes.I got home and opened one box to find that it actually has 4 sachets which is two x applications {doses}. Okay fine so I got in my car and returned to alpha pharm and explained to the cashier the story and if I could please have a refund. Sure she said she will just call the manager to authorize.Here storms Jasmine. A very rude and opiniated young female who tells me that her colleague had told me that there is two applications. I responded calmly saying no in actual fact she said there is 2 sachets which is one application.She then barked at me that she could not issue the refund as the manager would need to do it who will be back at 2. I asked her what time it was and it was 1.30. This womans to e was so rude and forceful I then said loudly okay thats fine thank you. She then stormed off and whoosh the manager appeared. She apologized and issued the refund I then told her that jasmine is extremely rude.I frankly will not support the store again. Jasmine needs to learn some manners and client liason.

Amazing service every time I visit. Caring, helpful and efficient in every department. Thank you for a wonderful experience regardless of which staff assist.
