Affordable living in Ballito where the prices seem to have become unaffordable. Located opposite Simbithi and a walk away from Ballito Junction. There is a swimming pool as well as beautiful view of Simbithi. Safe and secure with security checking cars arriving. Everyone is super friendly and its a great place if you have kids as well as there are other kids in the complex. Lived there for 6 months and only moved because I relocated. Worth it to stay here.

I moved out after a week after being badly sworn at and threatened by a drunk low life problematic tenant. Lots of screaming kids and lower income tenants.. Not a nice place

Parking is a bit tight, otherwise its fine...
