Oh I love those young πpeople who works there especially the African girl.what a pleasant and welcoming outmosphere,I dont mind spending rands there, going again this after after prayer sessions. Keep up the good work young ones
I went there with my friend because one of my employees recommend their jeans and all so i wanted to place a layby because am going for practicals next month so i want something comfortable.so as we were still looking i saw a bag next to the door as i was trying to turn it over nd check the price coz it is close to the door the radio frequency rang and one guy with a cut started shouting at me what a you doing but in a slang and rude way jeez am a customer..i can arrest the guy for assault..then i said to him no you think am stealing the bag then the carried on shouting at me from the counter to the door we are very watchful ..even if he was a security guard..that not how you treat your customers..and you wait till someone leaves the shop and start taking action...i have been there to buy tekkies and i never had a problem..i never thought going back to look for a per of jeans and shirt can turn to this...i never saw such bad service in my life very bad customer service and for the manager to even ask what happened no one showed up as manager or supervisor or to even ask the guy what happened or tell them that not how you address problems i dont think i will ever recommend this place to any of my friends, family or relatives that guy is very rude..and he must be send to trainning to understand the word CUSTOMER SERVICE.
