Im disappointed about Builders Express is only giving pensioners a discount. This is not fair at all cos I only buy my hardware and gardening stuff from Builders Express only. Wheres the point of having a Builders card then. Please you really need to give all customers a discount and not just pensioners.

Very clean store with a variety of plumbing, electrical, building and maintenance stuffs plus a great selection of gardening tools and plants.Please store cobra products like tap heads which your staff indicated that you dont keep.

Usually pretty decent compared to other hardware stores in the area. On this particular day though they were useless builders warehouse needs to up their game if theyre going to compete with other hardware stores!

Expensive, slow delivery. I ordered from this store to deliver in Durban. It cost R400 on an R800 order. A third the price! I was promised that it would be delivered 4 days after I paid. It has now been 11 days.I was not contacted once about the delays. The only contact Ive had with Builders Ballito was a few days after my order, requesting that I do their delivery persons job and direct him to Durban.

Hardware and Nursery. Helpful people. Got what I went to find. Also found some lovely plants. Worth a stop by.

Builders Express Ballito didnt have the most basic components to repair Cobra taps and mixers.Cobra are not some arbitrary brand, they are a South African Icon of some 50 + years

To exchange a gas bottle took 25 minutes. Asked 5 different staff what the holdup is and every one responded with its comingSo is Xmas. No surprise that Masmart is struggling.

Staff are helpful and friendly. For a Builders Express they are well stocked.

The usual bored staff who couldnt be bothered to help. Why they train the cashiers on the public I have no idea. I wont return in a hurry.

Good range of products but not enough staff on the floor to assist when you need them. You are told its someone elses department and you must wait while that individual is located.

Unfortunately one has to call for assistance in the garden department. The young man is helpful & patient. Potting soil etc is reasonably priced as are some of the pots. The choice of cacti & succulents leaves much to b desired

Builders Express Ballito did not have stock of PVC ceiling that I required. I was assisted by staff and managed to retrieve PVC ceilings of another shade which I viewed at Buliders Express Riverhorse for R66 each. Ballito refused to give it to me at the price of Riverhorse. I normally purchase at Ballito as its close to my residence hence I arrived at Ballito as its closer and convenient to transport. Now I have to go back to Riverhorse. Thank you.
